I and my two horses” Sansay” and “Nero” are writing to you and your staff to tell you how much we really appreciate your prompt and efficient service when dealing with problems that have cropped up over the years. Some of the incidents that you have all helped me with are as follows.

Just this year” Sansay” developed a major problem which I detected on a Sunday morning. Peter was here within half an hour and treated him, despite the fact Peter was rushing to catch a plane to attend to an urgent family matter. Other staff members were on hand the next morning to continue the successful treatment.

“Sansay” is now 18 years old and still a very competitive Showjumping horse. He recently showed a slight lameness. Peter and Rachael were amazing and went to a lot of trouble to determine the cause of the lameness and treat the problem. As a consequence” Sansay” has since competed in Perth for a win and later at the very prestigious GCEC 3 day showjumping fixture placed a second, third, fourth and fifth out of five starts with no sign of any problems.

I purchased “Nero” recently and he came down with a major colic. The dedicated attention he received from Rachael the attending Vet and her nurse was far beyond my expectations.

“Nero” has since recovered and is now a very fit and healthy Showjumper, thanks to that early and efficient treatment .”Nero” also placed at the GCEC fixture.
